Production
1. All leather, materials and fittings used for the production of VIVIDA bags and other products are subject to availability. If the original leather, material or fittings are unavailable, we will substitute them with the nearest in colour, texture, look and quality. Slight variations between the sample and the actual product may be expected.
2. In wall panels deliberate slight differences in applique becomes a VIVIDA trademark as it creates an individual look to each wall panel within the given design. Such differences in applique should be expected.
Pricing
We reserve the right to alter prices for VIVIDA products at any time.
Payment
1. Total value of the order from VIVIDA is the value of goods ordered plus delivery charges.
2. Each order from VIVIDA requires a full payment of the total value of the goods plus packing and delivery charges. This payment can be made by card, cheque, or money transfer. Payment by cheque is considered valid only after the cheque clearance (it may take 4-6 weeks to clear foreign cheques).
3. All prices for VIVIDA products are given in GBP and payments also will be made in GBP.
Postage and Packing
Postage and packing charges are following:
£9.50 per order (for 1 or more products) within UK
£18.00 per order (for 1 or more products) within Europe
£25.00 per order (for 1 or more products) within US and rest of the world
Shipment
1. All shipments of VIVIDA products are made by reputable companies such as Royal Mail (including Special Delivery) and Parcel Force.
2. While ordering products from VIVIDA for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package has reached your country. Any additional charges will be in carried by you as we do not have control over these charges and can not predict what whey may be. Please contact your local custom office for more information.
Delivery
All possible efforts will be made to deliver your order in the shortest possible time. Please allow 28 days for delivery. However a maximum time of 6-8 weeks may be required for delivery at some times of the year. We will keep you updated regarding the times of your delivery.
Holidays
Production will not be taking place in August (holiday time in Italy) but it will resume at the beginning of September.
Cancellations
If you cancel your order before delivery your payment will not be refunded.
Returns
As all our products are made to order we can only offer refunds if goods delivered to you are faulty. You will be refunded providing that you inform us about your refund request by e-mail to studio@vividabags.com within 7 days of receipt and the goods returned in new and unused condition within 14 working days of receipt.
We will deal with each refund request individually.
You will be responsible for ensuring that returned goods are received by us in original condition. VIVIDA will not refund payments for the returned goods damaged in transit.
You will be responsible for the shipment payment of the returned goods. You must retain the payment receipt as a proof of return postage.
